My copy of The Tote Bag finally arrived! It's the first time my work has been published in a book so needless to say I'm pretty excited.
The book itseld is beautiful and filled with loads of great tote bag designs. It's written by Jitesh Patel and published by Laurence King, you can read more about it here: http://www.jiteshpatel.co.uk/totebagbook/.
I've made this desktop wallpaper for Oh Nena, it can be downloaded from their blog. There must have been some misunderstanding along the way because contrary to what they wrote it's suppose to be a human not a "cute pale animal" (cute animals are my favourite thing though). It just shows how differently people can see the same image. I like that they wrote that my work is scary, I take that as a compliment!
I'm currently working on an editorial brief at uni, set by the art director for The Guardians work section. These are my illustrations for a column titled So you want to work in Space
I designed this accordion playing badger a few years ago to be used on a T-shirt for Tricolore, but in the end they decided to go with one of my other designs instead (Bird girl t-shirt). I really like the design and I still think it would make a great T-shirt. So I've submitted it to Teelocker! It would greatly appreciated if you would go to their website and vote for it! 5's please! www.teelocker.com
Some of my 3D work has been features in the latest issue of La Petite Magazine. La Petite is an online magazine for parents and kids but it's worth having a look at for everyone who's interested in design and pretty pictures. www.lapetitemag.com
