Final Project in progress
After spending the first three weeks of my easter break having fun and being lazy I woke up yesterday and realised I only have a month left to work on my big final project. I better hurry up!

Mönsterjakten!
This is my contribution for the competition Mönsterjakten run by the Swedish magazine Nöjesguiden and the DesignTorget. The winning design will be made into a mug and sold in DesignTorget stores all over Sweden. My pattern is based on the fact that the German Shepard has been the most popular dog in Sweden since 1966, but in 2010 it was all of a sudden beaten in popularity by the Labrador Retriever. Another interesting fact is that Swedes seem to have pretty boring taste in dogs (sorry all German Shepard and Labrador lovers!).

NEW YORK
Me and my boyfriend went to New York for a week (we came home on wednesday but I've been to tired and jet lagged to write about it). We had a great time; saw all the tourist attractions, went to loads of museums, ate some great vegetarian/vegan food and had some good beer, what more can you ask for?

The Passion of New Eve
Here's a book cover I made awhile back for a book illustration brief at uni. It's for The Passion of New Eve by the amazing Angela Carter. The story's completely insane and I would strongly recommend everyone to read it. Well, maybe not everyone, there's ALOT of violence so it's nothing for the faint of heart.
It's here!
My copy of The Tote Bag finally arrived! It's the first time my work has been published in a book so needless to say I'm pretty excited.
The book itseld is beautiful and filled with loads of great tote bag designs. It's written by Jitesh Patel and published by Laurence King, you can read more about it here: http://www.jiteshpatel.co.uk/totebagbook/.
